A grievance filed by the Employees United union accuses Tesla of firing staff on the Buffalo, New York facility after they introduced their plans to unionize.

As reported by Bloomberg, the grievance alleges the transfer is “in retaliation for union exercise and to discourage union exercise.” Greater than 30 staff have been fired, one among which was a part of the union organizing committee.

The group has filed a grievance with the Nationwide Labor Relations Board. Within the U.S., it’s unlawful to fireplace staff as a result of they’re forming a union.
