Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in a sales management consulting, sales operations, sales leadership, or related role
  • Experience owning the output of a contact center/field operations/tech support operation, including meeting goals and metrics

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • Experience in risk and change management
  • Experience in applying project management tools
  • Outstanding executive presence, and the ability to interpret large data, present it in a meaningful and simple manner, and drive data-based decision making
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

You will work with the Scaled Operations group, our vendor partners, and Product Operation and Tools teams.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to a global team, covering a range of activities such as hiring talent, mentoring and developing teams, rewards and recognition, performance management, and career development. Build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders within and outside gUP to achieve team’s overall roadmap.
  • Drive large transformational initiatives along with our business partners to provide optimal experiences for users though a streamlined operational landscape and self-optimizing services.
  • Define, launch, and drive a program to sustainably scale continuous improvement processes of our operations through our vendor partners.
  • Manage vendor operations, managing large-sized vendor teams and delivering on all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with seamless experiences for customers and stakeholders.
  • Report health of operations in required forums, providing the right level of detail and escalating as necessary.
