To set up a powerful and reliable email marketing system using MailWizz and PowerMTA, there are a few essential resources and tools you’ll need. Below, I’ve outlined the key requirements:

### 1. **VPS/VDS Hosting**

   – **Server Provider**: I recommend using a trusted provider like Contabo, OVH, or host-stage. please click on the link or check the Table at the bottom you have links to a PDF that will guide you step by step on how to get the server and domain name.

   – **Server Specifications**: To handle your email campaigns effectively, you’ll need a server with the following minimum specs:

     – **CPU**: 4-8 cores

     – **RAM**: 8-32 GB

     – **Storage**: 100-more GB SSD

   – **Operating System**: We’ll use a Linux distribution like CentOS7 for stability and performance.

   – **Additional IP Addresses**: If we need to rotate IPs to enhance deliverability, additional IPs will be required. (only 5 IPs each extra 1 IP for 5$)

### 2. **Software Licenses**

   – **MailWizz License**: This will be our primary platform for managing email lists, campaigns, and analytics. You can purchase a license directly from MailWizz.

   – **PowerMTA (PMTA) License**: PMTA will act as the SMTP server, ensuring reliable delivery of your emails. A license will need to be obtained. (we will take care of the PMTA License by installing it directly on your VPS you not get the license key but you have PMTA lifetime installed on your server)

### 3. **Domain and DNS Configuration**

   – **Domain Name**: You’ll need a domain dedicated to email sending, such as `mail.yourdomain.com`.

   – **DNS Records**: We’ll set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to authenticate your emails and improve deliverability. Reverse DNS (rDNS) will also be configured for your sending IPs. “please check the Table at the bottom”

Brand Consistency: If you already have a recognized brand name, it’s advisable to use a domain name that aligns with your brand identity. Consistency helps maintain brand recognition and builds trust with your recipients.

Descriptive and Memorable: Choose a domain name that reflects the nature of your business or the content of your emails. It should be easy to remember and type. Avoid long or complicated domain names that might be prone to typos.

TLD (Top-Level Domain): The TLD is the extension at the end of the domain name (e.g., .com, .net, .org). While .com is the most popular and widely recognized, there are other TLDs you can consider based on your needs:

   – **Backup Solutions**: Regular backups will be set up to ensure your data is always safe. we will take care of

Email authentication proves that an email comes from who it claims to be. It is a must to block harmful or fraudulent uses of email such as phishing and spam. The standard email authentication is SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and rDNS and our servers are configured with these DNS entries.

Q. Did you manage email campaigns for me? 

Campaign and list management is not included in our offer. However, if you need these services, then you may contact us. Additional charges will apply for these services. 

Q. What are the advantages of your method of 1+1 servers? 

The advantage of the separate application server is, that your database of lists/campaigns will be safe from suspension because the application server is not used to send emails,  so the application server will not suspend. The common reason for server suspension is spamming or blacklisting. So if your SMTP server is suspended, we can create another SMTP server and connect with the application server without any break. Also, you can connect multiple SMTP servers with the application servers to increase reliability and speed. 

Q. Can we use SMTP servers with other email software? 

Yes, you can use any other email software like SendBlaster, Acelle Mail, etc. We will provide the user ID Password and another credential to use in this software. 

Q. What is IP warming? Did you provide these services? 

IP warming is gradually increasing the volume of mail sent with a dedicated IP address according to a schedule. This gradual process helps to establish a reputation with ISPs & ESPs as legitimate email senders. We will not provide warm-up services but we recommend you use warmup inbox services

Q. Would I receive any training to use the system? 

Not exactly, but we will provide you with video tutorials to use the EMA Email Marketer, and also you can ask us any questions to us if you have any difficulties! We will be happy to answer your ASP. 

Q. What is a suppression list? 

A suppression list is a list of suppressed mail addresses used by mail senders to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. We placed 1.2M SPAM Trap addresses into our “suppression list” which is used to “suppress” future mail messages to that mail address. This means the SMTP server will block sending to addresses listed in the suppression list. 

Q. What happens if our server is suspended from the hosting company? 

Please note that we are not a hosting company. Also, you rented the servers from different hosts which have their own rules. If they suspend the server due to spamming or other reasons then no refund is claimable and you have to buy another server. 

Q. What type of content in emails is allowed? 

You can send any type of content but is recommended to follow infringements. 

1. Any PORN/SEX-related marketing/pics/services/medicines/toys 

2. Blasphemy/Religious/political/Racist/Ethnic material 

3. Promotion of LOAN interest/markup 

4. Promotion of Alcoholic drinks 

5. Any type of mail in which asking for IDs and passwords of financial institutions

Q. Do you guarantee inbox delivery?

We don’t give any guarantee of inbox delivery to the recipient mailbox cause it depends on your IP reputation and many other reasons involved. But we guarantee  100% authentication configuration in our servers like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and RDNS. 

Q. What is your refund policy? 

We will provide the setup of your servers with 100% configuration and if fail to deliver then we will refund you 100%. Still, after the start of bulk mailing if you got errors related to recipient servers or regarding blacklisting or blocking then we will not refund any charges. 

Q. Do you sell email lists? 

No, we do not sell any type of email list and this policy will provide a guarantee to you as well that your list data will also be 100% secure in the server 

Q. Do you provide a demo? 

No, we do not offer demos because we are providing a setup of your own dedicated or virtual servers with dedicated IPs which will be acquired after your confirmed order.
