SaskTel has revealed particulars on part six of its Rural Fibre Initiative, which can convey infiNET companies to dozens of communities throughout Saskatchewan.
The initiative is working to ship the fibre optic broadband community, with speeds as much as 1Gbps, to greater than 130 rural communities below a $200 million investment.
SaskTel will begin development for part six in 2023 and 2024, impacting 48 communities. Borden, Hafford, Naicam, and Yellow Grass are a few of the areas that may profit.
