She says she needs seven or eight hours “to function.” “Create a room that’s ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark, and quiet. Joey King was seen posing in a bathing suit near a waterfall in Costa Rica, this week. She told New Potato that she tries to be healthy, but doesn’t drive herself crazy over it. “As far as diet and exercise go, I try to eat as healthfully as possible, but I don’t make myself crazy. If I’m craving a piece of bread or a bowl of pasta, sometimes I just need to listen to my body and indulge.”

So I signed up for [the Equinox+] app and they do meditation, they do yoga, strength training. They have all those things and you can keep track of your health.”
