Apple’s regulatory filings with the EEC (the Eurasian Economic Database) ahead of the company’s March event officially confirms three new Mac models – A2615, A2686, and A2681 – one of which may be a completely redesigned Mac Mini. Technology leaker Jon Prosser claims the new model will sport a plexiglass-like top over an aluminum enclosure, while its overall size should be slightly smaller than the current model. This new model may come in a two-tone design with various color options, including space gray as well as silver. As for ports, it’s rumored to have four Thunderbolt, two USB-A, an Ethernet, and an HDMI port. Power is going to come from Apple’s very own M1 Pro and M1 Max chips, with the lowest model sticking with the base M1 processor. Since the M1 Max supports up to 64GB of RAM, we expect the highest end model to offer that option.
