Do you have an unresolved issue with your Apple Card? Apple wants to hear from you.

As reported by 9to5Mac the company emailed a number of Apple Card customers this week to offer them a second chance at getting a more preferable resolution to an issue with their credit card. Apple says it was made aware of instances where issues had not been resolved correctly by its partner Goldman Sachs.

According to some users on Reddit, getting issues resolved with Goldman Sachs has been incredibly difficult and has sometimes taken months. Apple says that customers can now resubmit a prior claim that was not resolved to their satisfaction as long as they do so by March 9.

In a new email being sent to Apple Card customers this week, Apple addresses these complaints. The company says that it has “identified that some customer initiated disputes may have not been resolved correctly.” The company doesn’t go into any additional details on how widespread this issue might have been.

As such, Apple is inviting Apple Card users to have Goldman Sachs “re-evaluate” prior disputes by reaching out to an Apple Card Specialist by March 9, 2022. You can do this in the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone. This doesn’t necessarily mean the outcome of the dispute will change, but it does give you another shot at making your case.

Apple Card is the company’s self-branded credit card that offers special financing on purchases at Apple as well as cash back for purchases using Apple Pay or with the physical card.
