Head of Revenue (Remote) at Paystack
We are currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below:

About the Role
- Paystack is looking to hire a Head of Revenue, an important leadership role that will step change our GTM, sales, strategic partnerships, and key account management capabilities.
- We are at an exciting stage in our growth, as we look to diversify our revenue mix away from Nigeria, grow exponentially in South Africa and Kenya, relaunch Ghana, and launch in Egypt and Côte d’Ivoire in 2022.
- This role will be a critical determinant of our success in achieving our ambitious growth targets over the next four years.
- This role will report to the Head of Business at Paystack and will be located in one of our Paystack markets (Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, or Kenya) with potential flexibility for locations across Europe, Africa, or the Middle East that are +/- 3 hours from the WAT timezone.
What You’ll be Doing
Key areas of responsibility (not exhaustive):
- Drive a step change in PIV and net revenue across all Paystack markets
- Build a high-performing, localised GTM, sales, and key accounts team that can source, sell, and retain high value accounts for Paystack as we expand more deeply in the continent
- Develop a GTM strategy to prioritise industry verticals and user segments across the continent
- Pursue and structure high-impact strategic partnership relationships with key platforms across the continent
- Drive improvements in sales operations by leveraging data and improving use of CRM tooling to increase sales rep productivity
- Create and manage operational processes such as target setting, forecasting, and budgeting for sales and GTM goals.
Required Experience
- 10-15+ years of partner, sales and/or business development experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong track record of ownership and collaborating across teams to drive a step-change in PIV and net revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute on a go-to-market strategy
- Successful track record of developing and growing partnerships and/or customer relationships
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to Africa with frequency.
