Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, and/or digital marketing, structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams

  • Ability to translate data and trends into powerful strategies and compelling messaging
  • Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and create simple, compelling narratives for various audiences

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As a Business Analytics Manager, you’ll manage a team of analysts to analyze business data and provide insight for the Central Strategy and partner Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver on Google’s business opportunities by challenging and enabling our sales organization.

You’ll work with Google data on strategy projects as well as partnering with other GTM teams to provide analytical insights to help power the APAC business make critical strategic decisions. The Analytics team will work across GTM on projects as well as defining and working on Central Strategy projects, from business excellence and insights to product strategy in partnership with the product GTM teams.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the development of the Analytics team to grow capability and impact.
  • Assess and route projects across GTM analytics requirements to focus on high-impact projects in a timely manner.
  • Define team projects and uncover business insight to enable business decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver outcomes and project deliverables with partner teams.
