She has just posted a new picture on her Instagram story. She was lounging on her chair while wearing a white bathing suit, with “Is This Love” playing in the background. The second picture also shows her relaxing in the same location.

How Madison LeCroy Has Maintained Her Figure Over The Years

LeCroy has shared her diet and wellness tips on the internet. She had revealed her plant-based diet in 2020 and added that she was reaping the fruits of her efforts.

“I started this detox (plant-based diet) at 128.7 and four days later, I’m 125.6,” she shared. “Most importantly, the body fat is down.”

Among the diet, you’ll find artichokes, asparagus, beets, bell peppers, broccoli, cabbage (all kinds), carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, garlic, green beans, greens such as spinach, chard, collard or kale, leeks, mushrooms, onions, parsnips, peppers, radishes, rutabagas, shallots, squash, tomatoes, and turnips.

Madison LeCroy works hard with her trainer Gunnar Made, who helps her stay in shape. She has recently uploaded several videos of herself working out with Made.

LeCroy loves to hit the gym but she does not always leave her house to stay fit. She has a gym in her home and had posted a series of pictures and videos on Instagram doing deadlifts with a barbell and doing crunches. She captioned the upload, “Girl, do it for you!”

She had also mentioned that she never skips leg day. She had shared her lower body workout in an Instagram post and was seen doing sidewalks, lunge walks, and donkey kicks, all with a resistance band.
