I purchased an Apple Watch<\/a> a number of years in the past when life was simple… nicely, comparatively. I wanted my 10K walks logged, coronary heart charge monitored and sleep tracked, so I picked up the Apple Watch SE 2<\/a> as a substitute of going full fats. It was all I wanted, however the sleep monitoring was a very powerful for me as I have never been a ‘good’ sleeper for yonks \u2013 I think about 4 hours of sleep night time.<\/p>\n

Then I hit that point in a lady’s life that may result in moderately uncomfortable experiences \u2013 perimenopause. It is also an uncomfortable subject for some folks however, for me, ‘uncomfortable experiences’ is placing it mildly as my signs have been fairly extreme. From worsening sleep patterns to a number of sizzling flashes a day, even temper swings and mind fog \u2013 it is a roller-coaster experience.<\/p>\n
