Nevertheless, this data may help inform your campaigns.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Google\u2019s statement.<\/strong> \u201cPlacement reports for Performance Max campaigns are a new reporting resource for advertisers to easily see where on Google\u2019s channels ads have served and associated impressions,\u201d a Google spokesperson said, \u201cWe created these reports to give advertisers more transparency and assurance around where their ads are showing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marketers should keep an eye on Performance Max campaigns.<\/strong> Introduced in <a href=\"https:\/\/searchengineland.com\/google-ads-intros-automated-insights-performance-max-campaigns-to-release-video-action-out-of-beta-341584\">October 2020<\/a>, Google has steadily built out this automated campaign type. Support for it has been added to the Google Ads <a href=\"https:\/\/searchengineland.com\/google-updates-customer-match-performance-max-campaigns-the-insights-page-and-product-feeds-at-its-marketing-livestream-event-349001\">Insights page<\/a><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>as well as within the <a href=\"https:\/\/searchengineland.com\/google-ads-api-supports-performance-max-campaigns-keyword-planner-and-recommendations-376827\">Google Ads API<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Max campaigns became <a href=\"https:\/\/searchengineland.com\/performance-max-campaigns-are-now-widely-available-and-will-include-smart-shopping-and-local-campaigns-in-2022-375702\">available to all advertisers<\/a> in November 2021.
