Assets Management Module<\/strong> for Perfex CRM, is a module that provides the ability of managing company’s assets inside Perfex’s dashboard. You will be able to separate your assets based on groups\/locations\/units and assign them to staff members. Check the next section of this description, for a complete list with functionality actions.<\/p>\n

Assets Management Module contains the following functionality:<\/p>\n

  • Create assets (editing\/removing it aswell)<\/li>\n
  • Create customer-based Assets, corporate-only assets and mixed ones<\/li>\n
  • Revoke an asset<\/li>\n
  • Add additional assets in existing asset<\/li>\n
  • Assign an asset on a specific staff user<\/li>\n
  • Trasnfer assets between users<\/li>\n
  • Report an asset loss<\/li>\n
  • Report an asset as a broken one<\/li>\n
  • Liquidation record of an asset<\/li>\n
  • Warranty record of an asset<\/li>\n
  • Allocated Assets list<\/li>\n
  • Revoked Assets list<\/li>\n
  • Deprecated Assets list<\/li>\n
  • Ability to separate assets based on unique units, asset groups and asset locations (listing aswell)<\/li>\n
  • Ability to add images to your assets (publicly accessible, through changeable constant for uploadsdir)<\/li>\n
