Given I\u2019m an enormous fan of The Final of Us<\/em> video video games, I went into the HBO adaptation cautiously optimistic. As Brad Shankar outlines in his review of the first few episodes of the TV show<\/a>, mimicking all the things within the TV present would make for uncompelling tv, and I had hopes that this wasn\u2019t the path Druckmann and Mazin would rake the sequence.<\/p>\n
