Elizabeth is a live and virtual speaker at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elizabethdixonspeaks.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elizabeth Dixon Speaks<\/a> and Principal Lead, Strategy, Hospitality &amp; Service Design at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chick-fil-a.com\/careers\/corporate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chick-fil-A<\/a>, a brand is synonymous with exceptional customer and employee experience. <\/p>\n<p>For Elizabeth, the five elements of CX come into play every day and at every turn. She also has a clear understanding that customer experience will <em>never<\/em> be better than your employee experience. Intentional, hospitable, and caring EX correlates directly to outstanding CX (research insights on this are in <a href=\"https:\/\/bombbomb.com\/blog\/employee-experience-research-ethan-beute-bombbomb\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Episode 134<\/a>).
