The one shown in the photos is 24″ in diameter, is made of solid wood and has hand carved verse on the outside edge \u2018Jeremiah 29:11\u2019 (1-line of 130 characters). I can accommodate custom orders with your chosen verse or inspirational quote to fit 24″ diameter…and custom stain colors. Not exactly what you’re looking for ? Just send me a note of what diameter, verse and color you want, and I can walk you through the ordering process to create a quote for your special customized Lazy Susan. I carve the letters by hand; not a laser etching, machine routered or stamped with a punch. But each letter is carefully carved into the wood surface, creating a wonderful look. You can enjoy reading scripture or inspirational verse as it spins! I build each lazy Susan starting with a round blank of wood which is sanded smooth on the top, bottom and edges. Then, I set to work on carving the letters. This takes many hours to carefully layout the words and adjust the spacing of each letter. After carving, each letter is hand painted with an oil-based paint. Finally, after all this is done, I apply several coats of clear polyacrylic sealer which is hand polished to a nice satin sheen. This creates a surface that is waterproof and tough! For the rotating base underneath, I use the highest quality turntable available, for a smooth spinning action. This is mounted on a square base which is covered with a soft, foam pad to protect your table surface from scratching. The lazy Susan shown in the photos is stained and is 24″ in diameter and approximately 2″ tall. This is a single line with 130 character spaces (letters plus spaces between letters).<\/span>
