(FMDQ), have partnered to accelerate the growth of Nigeria\u2019s start-up ecosystem and nurture a future generation of young Nigerian leaders in entrepreneurship, through knowledge exchange and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/dmartpreneur.com\/young-entrepreneurs-leadership-program-yelp-2022\/\">Young Entrepreneurs Leadership Programme<\/a> (\u201cYELP\u201d) will offer twenty (20) young emerging Nigerian leaders \u2013 to be known as \u2018OXFO-FMDQ Young Entrepreneur Leaders\u2019 \u2013 with a bespoke <a href=\"https:\/\/dmartpreneur.com\/events-trainings\/\">leadership training programme<\/a> delivered over four (4) months from April 25, 2022 to August 26, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of YELP is to provide bespoke <a href=\"https:\/\/dmartpreneur.com\/events-trainings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leadership training <\/a>to support the next generation of Nigerian business leaders, by providing them with robust frameworks, multidisciplinary networks, resources (technical and otherwise) and platforms to become purpose-driven leaders and build high-growth businesses in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The motivation of FMDQ Private Markets and Oxford Foundry, the University of Oxford entrepreneurship centre, is to open access to the pursuit of entrepreneurial endeavour and create strong exposure and learning on <a href=\"https:\/\/dmartpreneur.com\/vocational-skills-training\/\">critical skills<\/a> to help emerging young Nigerian leaders push forward with their entrepreneurial ambitions.<\/p>\n<p>The online programme requires a commitment of at least ten (10) hours per month, consisting of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Roundtable discussions with world-leaders in business and entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<li>Masterclasses to build essential leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>A virtual entrepreneurial learning environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end of the four-month <a href=\"https:\/\/dmartpreneur.com\/young-entrepreneurs-leadership-program-yelp-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YELP programme<\/a>, young Leaders will be asked to give an online presentation to summarise their experience and core learnings and future goals to a panel of selected leaders (from business, government, FMDQ, and Oxford University).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Benefits of dare to do what\u2019s right, not what\u2019s easy, to create positive change in their region.<\/li>\n<li>Leaders must be committed to pursuing transformation in the Nigerian community through their work.They are individuals who are committed to making an impact and are seeking the leadership skills and moral imagination to make it happen.<\/li>\n<li>The Leaders they seek can be from for-profit or non-profit organisations, or <a href=\"https:\/\/dmartpreneur.com\/government-agencies\/\">government entities<\/a>.
