Further details, including pricing, are yet to be revealed.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s all the information shared by OpenAI on Discord.<\/p>\n<h2>OpenAI Announces Possible Monetization Of ChatGPT<\/h2>\n<p>OpenAI announces that it\u2019s thinking about ways to monetize ChatGPT.<\/p>\n<p>Though no official plans are in the works, one option OpenAI is considering is a version of ChatGPT geared toward professionals.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement reads:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re starting to think about how to monetize ChatGPT (early thinking, nothing official to share yet). Our goal is to continue improving and maintaining the service, and monetization is one way we\u2019re considering to ensure its long-term viability. We\u2019re interested in chatting with some folks for ~15 min to get some early feedback. If you\u2019re interested in chatting, please fill out this form (takes ~10 min to fill out).\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>OpenAI\u2019s announcement links to a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScwuQEWBkxsNftEkvUgFx2Ov7pKcrOx8IUlZ241lvet7ziXCQ\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">waitlist<\/a> where you can sign up for a pilot version of ChatGPT Professional.<\/p>\n<p>If interested, you must fill out a form asking questions such as how you use ChatGPT and how much you would be willing to pay.<\/p>\n<p>The form says those who are selected for the pilot will be notified individually:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIf you are selected, we\u2019ll reach out to you to set up a payment process and a pilot.
