Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our ideal candidate must have experience troubleshooting, monitoring, administration of Middleware Applications such as IBM, ESB ACE etc and ensure 100% uptime.<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to resolve and manage projects on the Middleware and related applications and closely monitor transactions performed on major applications hosted on the middleware platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Objective(s)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support for middleware applications such as IBM ESB, IBM ACE etc. (Installation, configuration, testing, supporting Issue resolution activities related to the design and functionality of ESB.)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>Daily Technical Support functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check and treat all logs\/email escalations within the SLA i.e issue resolution, enquiries, complaints and re-routing to responsible units where applicable\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Backup of logs periodically (daily weekly etc.), clean up space on the servers, etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Update platform checklist that contains all specific to be carried out on each platform on said dates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the platforms are up and functional always.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all user platforms are optimised and functioning optimally\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Escalate all issues to the team lead in a timely and explicit manner.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product and Project Management:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track project management deliverables to ensure all milestones are delivered and project remains on track.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely development and deployment of innovative solutions for the unit.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that vendor related projects are monitored strictly to meet set deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Engage stakeholders to understand requirements when developing solutions for the various units.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Income and Revenue Tracking:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor fraud prevention solutions across all applications deployed on the middleware applications.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly review and reporting of projects, issues and collection mandates.<\/li>\n<li>Group digital banking monthly performance report.<\/li>\n<li>Group digital banking monthly channel adoption report.<\/li>\n<li>Review daily transaction status reports to identify reasons for failures and ways to avoid them.<\/li>\n<li>Provide Ad hoc reports when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any related field.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in\u00a0any related technology field in the banking sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience working in an applications production support\/application development environment.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Project coordination skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a
