Since the completion og the first payments using the digital currency<\/a> of the central bank, the central bank of Turkey is pushing its limits to get more tests in the new year.<\/p>\n

As per the statements published by CBRT, on 29th<\/sup> December, the authority of the Central Bank has said that they have executed the first transaction with their digital, lira.<\/p>\n

In their1st\u00a0quarter of 2023, government stated that it will continuing to conduct restricted, closed-circuit pilot testing with technology stakeholders before broadening it to include a few financial institutions and technology firms in the second half of the year.<\/p>\n
