Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick reunited<\/a> for their son Mason\u2018s 13th birthday. The former couple, who also share son Reign, 8, and daughter Penelope, 7, posed for a photo with their eldest son on Dec. 17 \u2014 just two days after they were spotted at dinner together. The trio looked happy as they celebrated the milestone at West Hollywood\u2019s Craig\u2019s restaurant where they ordered chicken wings and macaroni and cheese.<\/p>\n

The couple, who share three children together \u2014 Mason, 10; Penelope, 6; and Reign, 3 \u2014 have struggled over the years to stay together. They split in 2013 after five years of marriage but reunited a year later. They got pregnant with their third child while on a trip to Disney World.<\/p>\n

Kardashian celebrated her youngest son\u2019s big day on Saturday with a sweet photo of him holding his baby sister Reign\u2019s hand while walking with his mom outside their California home. \u201cHappy birthday my love,\u201d she captioned the post.\u201dYou are so strong and smart and amazing! I love you so much!\u201d<\/p>\n

The adorable picture shows Mason looking up at his mom as she holds him in her arms. Scott<\/a> is seen leaning down to give his little boy a hug from behind.<\/p>\n

Mason\u2019s birthday was on December 14th and it looks like Kourtney and Scott were together for the special day. The trio were photographed at the party and shared it on Instagram Stories along with two other photos of Mason celebrating his 13th birthday!<\/p>\n

Kourtney captioned one of the shots: \u201cHappy Birthday baby boy!!! You are my everything!!! Mommy loves u so much!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
