This button allows you to filter your search for the \u2018<em>Location<\/em>\u2019 you are looking for, the \u2018<em>Industry<\/em>\u2019 and \u2018<em>Job Function<\/em>,\u2019 and the specific \u2018<em>Experience Level<\/em>\u2019 of the LinkedIn users you are looking for, among other helpful filters.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"how-to-get-more-views-on-linkedin-posts\"\/>How to get more views on LinkedIn posts?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p>Now that we\u2019ve shown you how to optimize your LinkedIn profile page for higher views and engagement, let\u2019s explore how you can do the same for your posts. To begin, we\u2019ll briefly cover how the LinkedIn algorithm works, as well as what you can do to leverage it properly.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Understand the LinkedIn Algorithm<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The algorithm plays an enormous role in how to get more views on LinkedIn posts. According to LinkedIn expert, <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/ldstgM7L9iE\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Mandy McEwen\">Mandy McEwen<\/a>, there are<strong> three key factors that surround the LinkedIn algorithm<\/strong>. These factors are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personal connections<\/strong> \u2013 LinkedIn will share your post with your connections and people you have engaged with.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relevance<\/strong>\u2013 LinkedIn bots determine how relevant your content is to your target audience by looking at the types of keywords and hashtags you use in your post, as well as anything in the comments section from people who are engaged with your post.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Probability of engagement<\/strong>\u2013 LinkedIn will judge how likely your post is to get engagement, and it does this by seeing how many views, likes, and comments you are getting in the first hour. Try to spark curiosity. You can write questions and include the answer in the \u2018see more\u2019 section or create a hook that pulls on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialpilot.co\/blog\/target-market-vs-target-audience\" title=\"target market vs target audience\" rel=\"dofollow\">your target audience<\/a>\u2019s interests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Don\u2019t lead off the platform \u2013 <\/strong>The LinkedIn algorithm doesn\u2019t reward third-party links.
