A federal judge ruled that the regulator \u201cshall notify at least 1\u00a0identifiable Token Holder\u201d after the Ooki DAO was originally served with legal documents via a support chat box.<\/p>\n

The two initial creators of the Ooki DAO\u00a0must get notice of the CFTC\u2019s\u00a0litigation, according to an order from a US judicial officer.<\/p>\n
