The Ethereum community has been looking forward<\/a> to the upcoming Shanghai upgrade for quite some time now. At the moment, Ethereum<\/a> is still in its testing phase, but once it\u2019s out of beta, it will introduce some big changes for anyone who uses it.<\/p>\n

The Shanghai upgrade is the biggest upgrade to the Ethereum protocol since Constantinople. It will be rolled out in three phases over the next 18 months, with one being completed each quarter.
