Mick Jagger\u2018s girlfriend Melanie Hamrick is celebrating<\/a> her son Deveraux\u2019s sixth birthday.<\/p>\n

The Rolling Stones frontman, 76, shared a sweet snapshot posing with his son on Instagram on Thursday. He captioned the post, \u201cHappy Birthday to my little man!\u201d<\/p>\n

Jagger and Hamrick have a son together. The rocker has four other children from his previous relationships: Elizabeth Scarlett Bowie (born 1969), James Leroy Evans Hunt (born 1971), Georgia May Ayeesha Hunt (born 1974), and Gabriel Luke Beauregard Levebvre-Jagger (born 1977).<\/p>\n

Mick Jagger is a well known singer, musician and actor. He was born on 26 July 1943 in Dartford, Kent, England. The son of Basil Fanshawe \u201cJoe\u201d Jagger (1912\u20131990) and Eva Ensley Mary Scutts (1915\u20131981), he is of English heritage through his father who had royal descent from King Charles II[2]. His mother\u2019s ancestors include Sir Thomas Fairfax who was the first member elected to the House of Commons.<\/p>\n

Mick Jagger was born in Dartford, Kent, England on 26 July 1943 to parents Bert and Doris Jagger. He is of English descent, but also has Irish and Scottish ancestry. His father was stationed at the time in India with the Royal Air Force. His mother had been a performer in cabaret shows in India before marrying and settling down with her husband.<\/p>\n

Jagger left school at age 16 to begin his career as a musician. He joined his first band as a teenager called Little Boy Blue & The Blue Boys; this group soon changed their name to The Rollin\u2019 Stones (the same name as a Muddy Waters song). In 1963, he went solo after splitting from The Rollin\u2019 Stones due to artistic differences with bass guitarist Bill Wyman who wanted the band to continue playing only blues music while Mick wanted them to incorporate other genres into their repertoire such as rhythm & blues, soul music and gospel music which would eventually become known as rock n\u2019 roll music.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
