Subpoenas to the executives of 3AC have been approved by the bankruptcy trustee, and a fresh Terra Luna conspiracy has indeed been suggested.<\/p>\n

An order ordering the delivery of subpoenas to 3 Arrows Capital\u2019s previous executives, notably co-founders Zhu as well as Davies, was signed by the federal court handling the bankruptcy process for 3AC.<\/p>\n
