These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Circumventing systems<\/li>\n<li>Coordinated deceptive practices<\/li>\n<li>Counterfeit<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of unauthorized pharmacies<\/li>\n<li>Unacceptable business practices<\/li>\n<li>Trade Sanctions violation<\/li>\n<li>Sexually explicit content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While the new Display and Video 360 page isn\u2019t available yet, expect to see additional context on the violations above to ensure you avoid them.<\/p>\n<h2>Repeat Violations Can Result In Suspension<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the listed violations above, Google announced that a partner account could also risk suspension.<\/p>\n<p>If an advertiser within a partner account has been found to violate policies repeatedly, the account itself can be suspended. To be clear, this doesn\u2019t mean any violation could get an account suspended.<\/p>\n<p>Google\u2019s announcement stated that if the partner account or advertiser has \u201crepeatedly or predominantly engaged in egregious policy violations,\u201d that would cause suspension.<\/p>\n<p>Per Google\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/adspolicy\/answer\/2375414?hl=en&amp;ref_topic=1308266\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">definition<\/a>, egregious violations are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201cA violation so serious that it is unlawful or poses significant harm to our users or our digital advertising ecosystem. Egregious violations often reflect that the advertiser\u2019s overall business does not adhere to Google Ads policies or that one violation is so severe that we cannot risk future exposure to our users.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So, what can you do if that happens?<\/p>\n<p>The good news is that the partner and advertiser can appeal account suspensions if hit with one.<\/p>\n<h2>Summary<\/h2>\n<p>Google is constantly reviewing its ad and account policies and violations.
