It\u2019s simply that not every business makes a conscious commitment to their customers before they ever even meet them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowing that customer service can make or break you is one of many reasons NetLine has made customer support such a main pillar of our company\u2019s identity and culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s because of this focus that\u2019s allowed <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.g2.com\/products\/netline-corporation\/reviews\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NetLine to be a G2 Leader in the Lead Capture category for the last five consecutive years<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014and we\u2019d like to talk a bit about why it\u2019s so important to us.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>NetLine Named a G2 Fall Leader<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some of the results from G2\u2019s Fall 2022 Report, specifically in the Lead Capture category:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the 20th quarter in a row the company has been named a Leader in the Lead Capture cohort <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Lead Capture class consists of 35 demand-centric businesses<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overall, NetLine outperformed group averages in seven of G2 Grid\u00ae Report\u2019s eight categories in the Lead Capture field<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NetLine finished the Fall 2022 review period with a 98% rating in the Quality of Support category<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This score bested the average score by 6%\u2014and 11% higher than ZoomInfo<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to our wonderful clients, NetLine\u2019s scores in the Ease of Admin and Ease of Setup categories improved from the previous quarter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even our Net Promoter Score rose!
