Kendall Jenner<\/a> was on the covers of i-D magazine in a pink bathing suit this week. When it comes to wellness, Jenner says that getting enough sleep is important for her, especially before a job. She says she needs seven or eight hours \u201cto function.\u201d \u201cCreate a room that\u2019s ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark, and quiet. Exposure to light might make it more challenging to fall asleep. Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs,\u201d says the Mayo Clinic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joey King was seen posing in a bathing suit near a waterfall in Costa Rica, this week. She told New Potato that she tries to be healthy, but doesn\u2019t drive herself crazy over it. \u201cAs far as diet and exercise go, I try to eat as healthfully as possible, but I don\u2019t make myself crazy.
