So, since revenue growth is such a big topic…<\/p>\n

Today, I\u2019m going to share some \u201cbackroom\u201d stuff.<\/p>\n

First, what do i mean by ‘revenue generation?’.<\/p>\n

It’s the process<\/a> of planning, harvesting and increasing revenue generation for your company.<\/em><\/p>\n

Enough said, here’s a real personal business story to help drive the point home.<\/p>\n

You see, most people know me as \u201cJohnson Emmanuel<\/a>, the marketing guy\u201d who knows how to increase revenue for companies.<\/p>\n

And they\u2019re absolutely right.<\/p>\n

Nothing makes me happy like helping businesses make big money, <\/a>because, according to McKinsey<\/a> & Company, the most important thing that keeps a business flourishing is sales.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, sales!<\/p>\n

I mean revenue.<\/p>\n

Everything \u00a0else is \u201ccommentary\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Having been in the marketing game for 19years now, I can say they are 100% right.<\/p>\n

If you know how to increase revenue, your chances of success will be huge.<\/p>\n

An increase in revenue generation would amount to huge growth in your business, because you’d be able to not only compete in your market, \u00a0your chances of winning are alot higher.<\/p>\n

I have seen businesses with terrible crappy products win over <\/a>businesses with a superb amazing product.<\/p>\n

So, why would that happen?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s simple, the company that makes the highest sales wins<\/strong>, why the company with the best product and fewer sales may win the ‘trophy’<\/em>.<\/p>\n

As a business owner, who cares about the ‘trophy’<\/em> without the money, anyway?<\/p>\n

And oh, listen carefully\u2026<\/p>\n

I\u2019m by no means telling you to sell crappy products. If you do, you\u2019ll be out of business faster than you ever thought.<\/p>\n

\u201cWait a second Johnson, are you not contracting yourself?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

NO, I\u2019m not.<\/p>\n

The thing is, the more you give great marketing to a bad product, the more you tell the world that you\u2019re a bad person, and soon, the word will spread, and you\u2019ll be out of business.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s exactly what I mean…<\/p>\n

Nothing kills a bad product faster like good marketing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anyway, let’s get back to the story\u2026<\/p>\n

Aside from the marketing side of things I do, I own and run real businesses, and I\u2019m a very heavy investor in multiple businesses and in multiple countries.<\/p>\n

I’m able to see things from multiple perspectives, unlike your regular \u201cprofessional\u201d one-eyed guru, if you know what I mean.<\/p>\n

Anyway, I run this fast-growing phone marketing company<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m competing against big companies like\u00a0SLOT<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The company is doing very, very, very well but truth is, I\u2019ve not been paying attention to it, until recently, and things started growing like crazy.<\/p>\n

You see…<\/p>\n

Within every business, there are atleast 5 (or more) hidden money centers<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recently, the CEO of the company came<\/a> (with his team) to meet me because they run the company, not me.<\/p>\n

During our discussion, we found a lot of \u201cmoney spots\u201d worth billions \u00a0that was left untapped for years.<\/p>\n

I mean \u201creal money spots<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n

OK, the company sells a lot of phone, the bulk comes from wholesale.<\/p>\n

But like you know, if you are selling brand new phones, the margins are small.<\/p>\n

Very small!<\/p>\n

So, wait a minute…<\/p>\n

“Johnson, you are the Deep Pocket Clients <\/a>guy, why are you selling stuff with low profit margin?”<\/em><\/p>\n

Great question!<\/p>\n

For us…<\/p>\n

\u00a0We use the company to store up capital.<\/h3>\n

“What does that even mean?”<\/em><\/p>\n

The worst place to deposit money is the bank.\u00a0<\/p>\n

So, when we make money from company A, we use the profit to establish company B,instead of merely depositing the profit in the bank.<\/p>\n

Make sense?<\/p>\n

Personally, I HATE to store money in the bank, that is why I run zero balance accounts, as often as possible.<\/p>\n

It doesn’t make any sense to me.<\/p>\n

It is what my billionaire mentor taught me.<\/p>\n

And the other good thing about the (phone) business is that it has alot of liquidity…<\/p>\n

You can quickly get cash out WHENEVER you want. <\/p>\n

Which is exactly like keeping money in the bank, but this time, with a far higher interest rate.<\/p>\n

Anyway, we\u2019re making a lot of sales but we wanted to tap generate more revenue from the business because I knew we were leaving money on the table.<\/p>\n

We found 11 money spots within the business.<\/p>\n

But I won’t share all with you, I\u2019ll give you (maybe one or two).<\/p>\n

The major thing I need you to know is that, if I look through your business now, I’ll milk out millions of dollars from your current business<\/a>, millions that you’re yet to tap.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest weaknesses of small businesses is monetization, revenue generation.<\/p>\n

Why small businesses suck at monetization and revenue growth, some big companies are great at it.<\/p>\n

Have you ever heard of Apple?<\/p>\n

That’s a crazy question, \u00a0I know.<\/p>\n

Apple is a $3trillion dollar company<\/a>, how come they are?<\/p>\n

Well, because of WHO they sell to…<\/p>\n

They sell to consumers, small and mid-sized businesses, education, enterprise and government customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
