I said that even before I knew I was.\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><i> <\/i>This is what I was talking about at the beginning. That\u2019s why I congratulated you for opening this article. You opened because you have a thought to know that you can. You agree or not, you were interested in learning something about freelancing. We human beings don\u2019t think of our own actions sometimes but we\u2019re subconsciously obeying the orders of our will. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Just believe it. Believe that you will succeed because you want to. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">When a freelancer takes a leap of faith, he has every reason to stop and quit it, but the only thing that keeps him on that track of keep going is that believe. If you don\u2019t believe that you can, then you can\u2019t. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Now it\u2019s not easy to be there and face the realities. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">You need three things to keep fighting and have the courage to be there:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>1. Small Success Celebrations<\/b>: Always try to value your small achievements because they are going to help you motivate yourself. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2. Motivational Pats<\/b>: Whenever someone admires your work. Take it as a motivational thing to boost your energy and caliber. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>3. A Strong Will Power<\/b>: If you don\u2019t have this third thing, the first two won\u2019t matter at all. Be the one who strongly believes in his\/her own success that may be far away.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"\/>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Passion<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Alone belief can\u2019t do the job. One has to find the passion as well. According to Deloitte\u2019s Shift Index survey, 80% employees aren\u2019t happy with their jobs. This was revealed in a Business Insider <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/what-do-you-do-when-you-hate-your-job-2010-10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s2\">article<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">The thing is, passion is something leadership and entrepreneurial experts taught everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6MBaFL7sCb8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teri Trespicio\u2019s popular TEDx Talk<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> is one of my favorite talks on this topic. She described her point on following the PASSION very differently but, of course, amazingly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>She believes that you should stop searching for passion, instead, you should feel it and try to find it inside yourself. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">As a freelancer, it\u2019s quite important to IDENTIFY your passion because you would have to spend a lot of time doing what you have to do. There will be tough times when you may not be financially stable when you may not some clients to work with, and you might feel that your freelance career isn\u2019t thriving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">I still remember the late Steve Jobs saying which was :<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"645\" height=\"270\" class=\"lazy lazy-hidden aligncenter
