It provides an overview of how your Google Web Stories are performing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Web Stories are visual, tappable full-screen mobile stories that can be found via Google Search and <a href=\"https:\/\/searchengineland.com\/web-stories-are-coming-to-google-discover-341552\">Discover<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metrics you can view in <meta charset=\"utf-8\"\/>Web Stories Insights Dashboard.<\/strong> There are two main tabs: Overview and Story Level. Among the metrics you can view on this dashboard:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Key Metrics:<\/strong>\u00a0Story starts, page views, time spent and completion rate (number of story completions divided by story starts).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audience Metrics:<\/strong>\u00a0Age, gender and device.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Top Stories:<\/strong>\u00a0Your top 10 stories during a selected time period, sorted by Story Starts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Traffic Channels:<\/strong>\u00a0An overview of how users have found and read your Web Stories \u2013 organic search, direct (which includes Discover), referral, social, email, or custom.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Story Level Performance:<\/strong>\u00a0Key metrics and a breakdown of pageviews for a specific story.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For this template to work, you\u2019ll first need to set up tracking for your Web Stories in Google Analytics (or another analytics provider). For whatever editor you use to create Web Stories, you\u2019ll need to provide your UA Tracking ID.
