Petition from Wilson Douglas against Head of service of the Federation: petition to investigate the just concluded Permanent Secretary Examination conducted by the Office of the Head of Service of the Federation.<\/p>\n<p>2. Petition from HRH I.O. Anyanwu against NNPC, NDDC, Shell and Other Oil\u00a0 and Gas Companies; An official Complaint from the Concern indigenes of Umuorie-Asa Ismiri autonomous Community, an Oil Producing Community in Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia state on the Continuous Marginalization of the Community by the Abia State Government, an appeal for Senate\u2019s intervention<\/p>\n<p>4. Petition from Chinedum Agwaramgbo against the Chief of Army Staff and the General Officer Commanding 82 Divisions of the Nigerian Army, Enugu state.<\/p>\n<p>Petitions were laid and referred to the Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions and to report back within four weeks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POINT OF ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi cited Order 42 to inform the Senate on the upsurge of banditry attack in Niger North Senatorial District.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope that the authorities have listened to this submission and especially our security agencies will double their effort not only in your Senatorial District but across all those areas that were affected. A Bill for an Act to Establish the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration and other matters connected therewith, 2022 (SB. 832) by Senator Ayo Akinyelure<\/p>\n<p>Senator Ayo Akinyelure in his lead debate said the bill seeks to develop and monitor criteria for practice in the education sector, disseminate information including the use of ICT to meet emerging challenges and amongst others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to support this Bill because this I am very familiar with this Institute. An institute like this could not have operated for at least 30 years and still under the Head of Service.
