<\/a><\/strong>candidates to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Network &amp; Systems Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>Employment Type: Full-time<br \/>Reporting to:\u00a0Head, Technology<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/she will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance and operation of the bank\u2019s network, servers, desktop, and storage infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the bank\u2019s network and all related equipment are functional to accommodate system users.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively monitor all active network devices and third-party links to ensure high availability and prevent data loss.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate faults\/outages to third parties where necessary and enforce penalty clauses when third party SLAs are unmet.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to standards and documented policies\/ procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure network diagrams are updated each time a modification is made to the network.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure periodic backup and recovery of network media.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure periodic procedural failover tests.<\/li>\n<li>Review and maintain user access logs on network devices daily including audit trails.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out quality assurance and certification of cabling jobs executed by service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an updated inventory of all network devices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the bank\u2019s network is secure, robust and resilient.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all network systems are up to date with patches and not vulnerable to attacks.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and submit periodic reports on network activities and performance to the Head of Technology.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by Head, Technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Availability of network connectivity<\/li>\n<li>Level of User satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy of inventory listing<\/li>\n<li>% of incidences detected proactively<\/li>\n<li>% of calls resolved without escalation<\/li>\n<li>Number of Audit exceptions<\/li>\n<li>Level of Compliance with standards<\/li>\n<li>Projects delivered on budget and on time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Sc. preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as Network and Systems Administrator with relevant experience on Cloud servers and security, Azure and Database.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the Financial Services Industry is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualifications or certification is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional Information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Manage the Servers, Networks and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent
