Company Secretary.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and review legal agreements, legislation and documents for the organization, subsidiaries and Board.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure (internal &amp;
