Business Goal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify business opportunities, maintain existing relationships and position Primera MFBank\u2019s Payroll Lending Private, to be the leading choice in the market.<\/li>\n<li>To contribute significantly to the bottom line of the bank through excellent service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a robust sales pipeline channel for efficiently meeting sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Create quality risk assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify the needs of potential customers and offer appropriate financial services and products.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define target audience.<\/li>\n<li>Research and Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics and other information that affect marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Create quality risk assets.<\/li>\n<li>Meet targets in asset creation.<\/li>\n<li>Drive CASA growth.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver quality customer service in response to customer enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain good relationship with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly report on marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly performance review report.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Team Lead or Head, Personal Banking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer acquisition, retention and cross-sell.<\/li>\n<li>Grow business volumes and revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Grow lead conversion rate.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain NPL at 3%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good First Degree in Banking &amp; Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years operational experience in banking, particularly in marketing<\/li>\n<li>Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)and Institute of Direct &amp;
